Basin Homes Dog Park

Blue Heron Park

This is one of the City’s premier park destinations. It features 3 covered picnic shelters, a public boat launch, a fishing pier, a 9-hole disc golf course, a playground, restrooms, a swimming area (seasonal), and walking trails.

Carl T. Ahlers Park

Small park located near the heart of downtown Moses Lake. Thanks to the Rotary Club of Moses Lake, this park features permanent chess tables, a ping-pong table, cornhole boards, and ladder ball setups.

Carpenter Park

Neighborhood park offering a youth practice field, a playground, a paved basketball court, and a picnic shelter.

Cascade Park

This is one of the City’s premier park destinations. It features 2 picnic shelters, a public boat launch, a playground, a restroom, and a swimming area (seasonal). Kvamme Soccer Complex resides in this park, as well, which hosts both youth and adult competitive soccer practices and tournaments. Immediately adjacent to Cascade Campground.

Centennial Amphitheater

A performing art stage, with a grassy bowl seating area which allows for equal opportunity viewing all while enjoying a beautiful view in the background. This is reservable for special events.

Civic Center Park

City-owned Park in the heart of downtown Moses Lake. Located directly behind the Civic Center, this park features restrooms, picnic areas and benches, and adjacent to the public library. This park is also home to Moses Lake’s 9/11 Memorial.

Crossroads Park

A local neighborhood park that features a modified-size soccer field and picnic area.

Dick Deane Family Historical Park

A small park located just outside the Japanese Gardens. This park features a large grass area and is conveniently located a short distance away from Civic Center. This park is home to Dick Deane Family Picnic Shelter, funded by and dedicated by the family of Dick Deane.

Harrison K. Dano Park

This park is just down the road from Grant County Fairgrounds. It offers a regulation size soccer field, a youth practice field, and picnic areas. The most recent addition to this park is a soccer mini pitch donated by the RAVE Foundation, which was completed in 2025.

Ice Rink

The Ice Rink is a seasonal outdoor, covered facility located next to the Larson Recreation Center. The rink is the same size as an NHL sized ice rink offers public skate sessions, ice skate lessons, and hosts youth and adult hockey leagues.

Japanese Peace Garden

A Japanese influenced park, which is seasonally open during the Spring and Summer months. A stone walking path winds throughout, which showcases all of the garden’s unique features, including a Torii gate, a bamboo tea hut, a granite pagoda, and a waterfall which feeds the garden’s stream and pond.

John E. Calbom Island Park

Located between Lewis Horn and Park Horn of Moses Lake itself, this park is a natural island habitat with wildlife viewing. This park is only accessible by boat.

Park features some unique amenities, including a youth baseball field, restrooms, a basketball court, a playground, and a picnic area.

Larson Playfield

Premier athletic complex featuring lighted baseball and softball fields. There is also a playground, batting cage, and concessions for tournaments. Home of the 2000, 2009, and 2013 Babe Ruth World Series.
