Grant County is now in Phase 2 of the state’s reopening plan. What does this mean? We’re open for businesses, with some changes.
The City of Moses Lake’s Cascade Campground is open, as well as the city’s parks and Skate Park. Park playground equipment and restrooms remain closed.
The Surf n’ Slide Water Park is not yet open. If the water park does open, it would do so in Phase 3, possibly at the end of June.
The Moses Lake Museum & Art Center is closed until Grant County enters Phase 3.
Restaurants can now offer sit-down dining. We recommend you call each restaurant or visit the restaurant’s website before going out. Restaurants are allowed to fill their buildings at 50 percent capacity. Take-out is also an option if you wish to dine in.
Some retail outlets are limiting the number of customers allowed inside stores. There may be a line outside if the store is at capacity. Curbside pickup is an option at some stores.
Hotels and motels are open. Again, we recommend you call each business, verify their services, and learn what rules may apply.
Thank you for observing social distancing rules as we work to reopen the state.
